For someone new to the world of online business and who doesn't have a lot of money to spend then a good program is Holly Mann's 'No Thankyou Rich Jerk', also known as 'Honest Riches' or 'Breakthrough Money Making Secrets Revealed'.
Holly is a normal day to day person like you and me who has successfully built up an online business and is making a nice income from it. Her book is written in very down to earth language so any new person to this sort of business would be able to understand it fine.
Holly's book is 54 pages long so compared to the others does not have quite as much information in it and perhaps doesn't go into as much detail as the other books. She does however give a good insight to many of the opportunities available on the internet and gives you ways to make money if you do not have your own website and have very little start up capital.
She does also discuss how to create a website or where to go to have someone create one for you if you wish to venture into that area.
There is no step by step programs but more of a general idea of quite a few of the different ways that you can make money on the internet.
