How To Keep Your Team Members In The Program
The fact that GDI has a monthly membership fee can be a deterant to some people and they may join for the 7 day trial, and then quit before having to pay anything.
You will get people that will quit so don't let it get you down, some people join these programs expecting to get rich overnight and when they don't they quit. These people you don't want on your team anyway, trust me. You want people that are willing to put the effort into building their business.
1. $10 monthly membership fee really isn't that much. I don't say that lightly, I know there are people out there that really struggle and $10 can make a big difference (read our 'plan' to see how you can earn money to cover this cost click here). I think of it as an investment into my future. I only had the out of pocket expense of $10 for my first month in GDI, by the second month I had 5 people in my downline so I earned $5 which made my expense just $5 for that month. By the third month I was earning more than $10 in commission so my fee was covered, every month since has just been increasing in commission.
So it really is just a small investment that hopefully you wont have to pay for long.
This point is one that you should try to explain to your team members, let them know that once they start building their business this cost will be covered by their commissions.
GDI is not a get rich quick business - there really is no such thing. GDI is however, a business that can make you rich given time.
2. Teach your team. You may refer people into your team that are completley new to internet marketing and have no idea where to start. These are the people that may give up quick if they get nowhere fast.
Remember, if your team succeeds, you succeed. So help them when you can. If you don't have your own referral website, you can refer them to this website, so they can learn how to promote and build their business.
Let them know that they are welcome to email you any time with questions and always answer their emails if they do email you.
Treat your downline 'as a team'. As YOUR team.
3. Join the GDI forum and recommend to your team members to join it too. You can pick up some useful information through the GDI forum and meet some good people that have the same business in common with you. I have met some lovely people through the forum that have since become friends - even though they aren't in my GDI team.
