When working online it can sometimes be hard to stay focused on one project long enough to make it really successful.  Many people leap frog from one project to another and never stick to one long enough to make it really work.  I have been guilty of this myself many times.

Some projects may take a bit of time before they really start bringing in a good income.  This is what can give people itchy feet and when they aren’t seeing a big income straight away then they keep looking for something new to try.  Then when they find something that sounds good they will start that project and the first project gets left on the shelf.

A lot of people fail at making a good income online for this exact reason, that they just don’t stick with something for very long and spend all their time looking for something better.  There are many ways to make money online including affiliate marketing, bum marketing, blogging, creating your own product or even MLM programs, but none of them will work if you don’t put in the effort and stick with them for the long term.

I make an income through all of the above methods as I believe it’s better to have more than once income source and sometimes it can get hard juggling them all.  I now keep a diary and each week I will write down what I want to achieve for that week.  Then each day I narrow it down a bit further to what I want to achieve for that day.  Having a time management system like this in place makes it easier to keep on track and to make time for each project you have going.

So remember, be organised, have a time management system in place and stick with your projects until they are making you a good income.  If you want to succeed then just keep on going, be determined to make your project work and don’t give up.

If you just don’t think creating a product is for you then you can purchase products with resell rights to sell. That way there is no work involved at all with the creation of a product you just need to set up an Ebay listing and resell the product you purchased.

Master Resell Rights allow you to resell the ebook with the resell rights letting all your customers have the ability to resell the product also.

The biggest problem with buying ebooks with resell rights through Ebay is that there are many people buying and then reselling these products. It can often be better to buy resell rights products outside of Ebay so that the competition isn’t as strong with those particular products.

Have you ever heard of a WSO? 

Well for those of you who haven’t a WSO is a Warrior Special Offer at the Warrior forum.  This is for established members of the forum to promote their products or services at a special price to other forum members.

One of my online income streams is writing articles and on several occasions I have offered my services on the Warrior forum in the WSO section.  I have offered bundles of articles that I can sell to many people and in other WSO’s I have offered to write articles exclusively for members.

A few weeks ago I did one of these WSO’s for writing exclusive, unique articles and I made $491 in a 24 hour period, in fact here is my paypal screenshot - please note I have blacked out customers names for privacy reasons.

If you notice the $60 and $30 payments, they are all from that one wso. True I had a few days worth of writing to do but that is fairly easy and it’s a good way if you need to make some quick cash.

WSO’s are used to promote all types of products including information products, scripts, software programs and memberships so if you have something that you can offer and need some extra cash then putting your product up at a special price will help to increase your paypal balance.

There is a fee of $20 to run a WSO but when you can make $400 or $500 from it then it is well worthwhile paying the $20.

My oldest son is 10 years old and is always wanting something.  I’m sure kids think that money just grows on trees.  If it’s not new games for his Nintendo DS then it’s food for his pet mice (which he bought from his pocket money) or new shoes (which he needs about once a month) or whatever else they ‘need’ at the time. 

My house rule is that they get pocket money once a week IF they do their chores and IF they come and help with the dishes when I ask them.  As much as they want the money do you think that they actually do any of these things without whinging and complaining?

NO!

So yesterday I set Ben up with his own blog - http://www.ben-teen.com - and I’ve told him that if he wants to make some money then he needs to do the work.  I will help him of course but he needs to do his fair share.  I’ve told him if he makes any money from his blog that he can have 50% to spend and 50% will go into his bank which he doesn’t get to touch.

I wasn’t sure at first if 10 was a bit young but he seems pretty keen and infact my 8 year old wants to do one too now.  Actually my 8 year old will probably be very good, he’s the smarty pants of the family he is really quite bright.

So last night I went through some closeouts domains at Godaddy and bought Corey a domain www.cool-club.info which has a PR1 - I didn’t do this with Ben but I remember reading in Vics blog about buying expired domains so I thought I’d give it a go.  I have to wait three days to get the domain and then have to think of what Corey will promote but hopefully he should do well.

I also have Lachlan who is 5 so no doubt he will want one too, he will need a lot of help though since he can’t read yet 

Anyway, I was a bit excited about my kids joining in with my online work so I thought I’d let you all know.  www.ben-teen.com is a member of Blogging Zoom so keep an eye out for him  and Corey will join when his blog is up and running too.

I think since I’m doing half of the work I should get a cut of the profits  :lol:
